Delivery

We use Parcelforce 24hour dispatch for all our scooter deliveries. We offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 3pm. Our delivery is free on all scooters.

Returns & Refunds

All our scooters come with a 1 year warrenty. If you receive an Atom Scooter and it is faulty please contact us in the first instance and tell us the problem. We can then arrange for collection of the scooter. Please return any products to us in the original packaging where possible. If not a suitable and sturdy alternative should be used. If your scooter is faulty, we will refund you your purchase price in full.

If you receive your Atom Scooter and you decide it’s not for you, we will happily take it by return within the first 28 days from purchase. If the scooter is in full working order and has no faults, we will refund you the purchase price less the cost of delivery. When returning a scooter for this reason it has to be in a saleable condition and unused..
